Creative problem solving and hard work is the key to Christine Labate’s success in the marketing communication field for the past twenty-five years. Christine started Designs for Growth while she was still in college.
Strengths include lively imagination, innovative use of design and type, ability to manage complex projects simultaneously, strong attention to detail, as well as, computer, team playing, and problem-solving skills.
Project experience ranges from print (advertising, identity and editorial layout, promotional design, and collateral projects) to new media design (internet and CD-Rom projects).
Industry experience ranges from high tech products and consumer goods to financial services. Client experience ranges from Fortune 1000 to local businesses.
Philip M Lawlor
Phil is the Co-Founder of Designs For Growth. He has more than 20 years experience in driving technology in small to mid-sized businesses, increasing their productivity and decreasing the cost of IT and business operation departments. Phil’s expertise is in creating efficient, lean and cost-effective business solutions. Over his career he has worked at StartUp’s to Fortune 500 companies, Phil is known for quickly understanding business needs and creating effective business solutions with minimal IT budget impact. He is quickly becoming a leader in the Fairfield County area for his advice in both business technology solutions as well as career fulfillment.
Phil has devised solutions for multiple industries ranging from Transportation, Facilities Management, Consumer Products, Online, and Offline Consumer Marketing. He has advised or designed applications ranging from Inventory, Lease, CAD, Office Space and Help Desk Management as well as eCommerce, Call Center and Marketing CRM, Enterprise Reporting, Business Rule Automation, Email and Print Marketing, and Member Management.
Phil received his BS in Marine and Mechanical Engineering at Massachusetts Maritime Acadamy.
Stein received his BA in Political Science from Williams College in 1991 and has held several leadership positions at Williams including Head Agent of the Williams College Alumni Fund (2010 – 2016) and Class President Emeritus (2016). Stein earned his MBA from Vanderbilt University in 1997 in Marketing and Electronic.
Michaels has spent more than 20 years helping businesses improve their return on ads spend (ROAS) and expand their business through paid and organic internet marketing strategies. He has a proven track record of developing and executing effective online campaigns. His broad-based experience includes evaluation of a company’s Internet marketing strategy, a proposition of tactical and strategic solutions and international experience and perspective. Michael is fluent in English and Russian.
