Meet: Phil

Chief Technology Officer

Phil leads teams of engineers, architects, and product managers to deliver innovative and scalable SaaS solutions for real estate, equipment, and facilities management. He is a Certified Scrum Master and holds a Second Assistant Engineer License in the Merchant Marines.

Phil’s core competencies include web applications, databases, and agile project management. He has have successfully launched and improved several products, such as ProLease, an automated and efficient software that helps organizations manage their leases and facilities data. He has also worked as a CTO and a senior technology leader for early-www startups, helping them design and implement software and hardware architectures on AWS. He is passionate about creating solutions that disrupt the industry and solve real-world problems.
